I already have buyers for your Nissan Rip-off Journal Day 1

I don't want others to get ripped off like I did. Let's state it simply. Do not give any money to carsandtrucks.com. Here is my first journal entry in my fight to get my money back and expose this scam.

Day 1 12/18/06 Jesse Newman calls me and says she is a financing company that has several buyers interested in my Nissan Pathfinder "right now." She says once I sign up there will be a number of people contacting me "tomorrow" and I can expect to sell the car for $28,000 (more than my asking price). I tell her it sounds too good to be true and I want to see her website.

Day 2 12/19/06 I check out the website and against my better judgement agree to give her my credit card to charge $159. She assures me that people will be calling tomorrow and later this week.

Day 3 12/20/06 Surprise! No calls. I notice that there are errors in my online ad with greatcarsandtrucks.com. I call to make changes. "Jesse has stepped out. She'll call you right back." Did not happen.

Day 4 12/21/06 Surprise! No calls again. I call to talk with anyone at the company about the problems with my ad and ask about the prospect of getting my money back. "Click." I call my credit card company. The first guy says no problem. We'll dispute the charge and the company will surely not want to mess with VISA. Another guy gets on the line and says we have to wait at least 30 days to give them a chance to do something for me. I'm calling him in 30 days and I'm getting my car registration notorized and ready to send to the company in 90 days. I'm going to let the following organizations know about this scam. Google, FBI, BBB and some of my media friends. Stay tuned. This should be interesting.
