Vehicle taken, no reaction from Regent Insurance Provider!

Our Ford Balade got taken on 19 September. I documented the event to Regent Insurance Provider about the 20th September. About the 29th Sept nothing had occurred yet. I called the insurance provider and talked to Elize in the statements division, wondering why the assessor have not approached me however for I am just one mother having trouble obtaining the kids to college and dealing with function. The 16th March I called the assessor again to plead them to get a fast closing. I called the Engine Finance Company to discover once the p-enrollment of the automobile may undergo. Their response: there is no software for p-enrollment. I instantly claimed back again to the assessor. On 23rd March exactly the same program was adopted, using the outcome they just obtained the applying for p-enrollment about the 20th October. Nowadays 26 April Regent nevertheless have not completed the state and my kids and that I still have to appear into different individuals eyes to make the journey to work and college.
