Claim not resolved in 5 weeks

I recorded a state with Regents about the 1st of March. Our boy had a collision that Friday morning. I supplied the REGENTS with the paperwork each day after I obtained their listing of needs. I'm getting the problem towards the Law Community and you will be calling the Ombudsman if my state isn't completed in 24hours. I'm not indicating the facts of the issue up to now, when I will soon be signing it using the Ombudsman in the beginning later today. I'll POST THE FACTS OF MY PAIN AFTER 24HOURS ON THE WEBPAGE.
