The worst client service I experienced

Our vehicle was written-off about the 5'th of Feb. I called my agent, that will be Donald @ Rochlin Insurance Agents. He advised me that the assessor continues to be hired and certainly will venture out about the 8'th of February and certainly will go from there. I had been educated by both my agent and Santam the only factor that I have to do, is obtain a negotiation notice in the lender. They advised me that they can do the remainder, re. Get subscription documents ect. I forward the negotiation notice about the 11'th of February to my agent. 14 days passed and nothing happened. I'd to telephone to obtain feedback.

I had been educated by an company in the Santam repair department. They were awaiting the assessor, being Collen Thuma, to deliver his demand after which they'll obtain negotiation. This just occurred after I acquired a duplicate of the enrollment record in the lender. It got another 2 times for that Collen to deliver his statement. Our state was just resolved on Tue the 9'th of March. This usually takes 14 days.

Santam should certainly focus on their client-service and that I believe they ought to show their employees more plainly just how to straighten out a state. It appears to problematic for them to comprehend!!!
