Harrassers - answerable to no one. The business that doesn't give a damn

This Company Goes way beyond the call of duty to get our payment! They have actually gone to the extent of calling an old man who lives next door to come to our house and give us an order to call them, sent a represenative in person to our door on a sunday morning, call all of our contacts and leave THEM harrassing messages about us, call sometimes every 5 minutes leaving messages, taped converasations and threatened w / them. The list goes on and everytime it's a different person.

Now the nieghbor they sent over her wont even talk to us nor will one of our longtime friends that they've been contacting. One of our friends has threatened to go to the police if we dont put a stop to it somehow. There is nothing we can do. Like others we have had other charges and outrageous late fees tacked on. The BIG one though, is the time we had called for a -payoff - balance and were given the wrong amount by some dummy or jokester and ended up in a terrible situation.

Then were lied to about the conversation ever even takng place! We will never pay off this car at this rate. I hope I find the right person to report this harrassment to before it's too late. They know exactly why we have had terrible trouble making these payments lately and just dont care. On top of it we showed our contract to some other dealers and they were horrified! I cant wait to be rid of this awful Company. There used to be one person we could deal w / but I guess she's gone now. Good luck to all you other customers out there who are having troubles because your going to need it.
