Late shipping, slack communication, phone number not answered Internet

I ordered a helmet from this company on the 14th of November. The website said it would arrive at the address to be delivered in 3-5 days. I assumed it would take a little longer since the package was going to Alaska.

I didn't see the helmet as of 1 Dec, so I called the number listed for days on end and never once got anyone on the other end. After sending 3 emails, the company finally responded on 8 Dec saying that the helmet would be mailed that day and I should receive it shortly.

I am very disappointed with the service of this company and do not plan to buy from here ever again! I hope to get my product soon, but who knows? I would not advise anyone to use motorcycleHelmets.net to buy products, no matter how sweet the deal seems.
