Defective helmet

On June 28 I bought a 3/4 dark helmet in the operator of the institution. I got it house and was getting ready to continue the bike when my partner observed index breaks within the left-side where the rivot for that chinstrap was connected. On Friday the Next of September I named Jeneen at Rebel and was informed there have been no discounts just trades (that will be within the helmet guarantee aswell) I consider the helmet back and he or she swears that I purchased the helmet months before and he or she wouldn't trade. Presently there are indicators through the shop declaring all income are closing. I've a helmet that's no-good with no method to return it.
