I ordered a Dot Gloss Black Motorcycle Half Helmet Beanie - 100GB. I researched this model. This model of helmet was made differently than the usual models. The usual model of helmet just uses one size of shell. If you ordered a extra small they would just add more padding in the shell. This helmet had three different sizes of shells, so if you wore a extra small you would not look like a lollypop riding down the road.

I waited patiently for my helmet to arrive. The UPS man came and immediately I could tell this was not the helmet I ordered. This one said Rodia RHD-200. Yes it was a small, lollypop head here I come. I did some research on this helmet and for 3 years it did failed the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

To make a long story short I contacted HogCooler.com. This is the response I received, " It was a half shell glossy small helmet?" I emailed again and told him that he should refund my money since he knowingly send me a defective helmet. I have not heard from the company since, so hence the reporting.

This is the first internet purchase that I have made that involved a person with no conscience.
