In Oct me and Josh Whitesell owner of Dallas/FT. Worth Truck & Equipment. Agreed to a price of $6500.00 Cash price and $11,000.00 For financing with $9000.00 Down which was agreed and we signed a promisory note for $6500.00.

I did agree to the $11,000 for him financing the truck. With $9000.00 down it left a balance of $2000.00! When Josh Whitesell found out I was about to pay off the $11,000 In November. He now wants $16,500.00 Almost ONE MONTH LATER...
