Cashed Postal Money order for sale of goods not recv'd

12/05 found a bike parts locator on the internet for a set of OEM 80-86 FXWG forward controls. A person "Desperado" contacted me and said he had what I needed. Told me the the amount of the part, said I had to pay IL. State taxes on it, and shipping charges. All totalled at $328.25. Sent out U.S. Postal Money order 12/22/05. Spoke with Desperado many times wondering where my parts were and got a bunch of baloney. Finally never returned calls, or e-mail. I just want my money back.
