Dishonest and unethical practice of reporting consumers late Ripoff

I had a ford mustang that I financed through Americredit that I was late on once in 4 years and decided to purchase a new vehicle in October. I traded in the Mustang that had a balance owed that I was given blue book on and then the remainding balance was piggy backed on the new car loan. Americredit then financed the new car loan that was a considerable amount more than the previous loan. During the month of November I was contacted by customer service letting me know they had no record of the pay off. I asked if I should make a payment and was told "no" we would owe you that amount because it would reduce the payoff (no record of the converstaion per Americredit). She told me contact the dealer and we will put a hold on the account.instead they reported me 30 days past due and financed my new car at the same time. After the dealer contacted them and corrected the issue with payment. They still refuse in good faith to correct the negative reporting. Per customer service we will finance your new loan even though your delinquent on another account. I asked them how am I liable for a car that I no longer had legal rights to. No answer of course. They are in the business of doing bad business. This will be the last time I get any kind of financing through them. They are willing to piss on a customer who has given them thousands of dollars over the years. I intend on reporting them to consumer affairs and the better business bureau.
