Poor Customer Service

I brought in a Break rotor to get resurfaced and paid for it in advance. They said that it will be done in about 30 min. I came back 40minutes later and the guy was just now putting it on the machine. Two minutes later he came back out and said that they could not machine my rotor because it was too warped and that I should just buy a new one. Big O Tires could not resurface my rotors but charged me anyways. They would not refund my money because they said that they needed to be compensated for the time it took to take from counter to machine. He did physically put my rotor on his machine so I needed to pay him for that service. Needless to say, I did not want to insult his intelligence so I left with my unworkable rotor.
