Brake repair was not completed and Jorge handed the car with light engine on

On march 29th, I drove my car to the shop so that i can GET MY BRAKES repair. He told me the price and I asked him to repair it. Jorge inspect the car, he told me my rotor needs to machine to take off rust.

After he is finished to machine the rotor, I could visually see that it was not done properly. I showed them what they have not done the right way. The mechanic answered "it is oke". And I took his word.

I drove the car, I could hear the loud sound very loud and that the job was not done the right way. I brought the car back to them at the same time. They let me know that I need to drive the car for a longer period of time. The mechanic said if there is any problem bring back to us.

While driving I kept hearing the rubbing sound between the rotor and the brake. I brought it back to them. On that day, I did not find jorge but I found a worker. He said that Jorge is not there, they can not help me. They told me when jorge will be working to come to the shop. When I come to the shop on that day, I saw jorge luckilly. He told me I need to change my rotor. Remember a couple days earlier he machined my rotor and the brakes for $ 95.40 and he said that It is not good. He gave me another date to come with my rotor so that He can change my rotor for me. When I come on that date with my rotor, He told me that he is busy a lot today I need to leave the car so that he can put the rotor in any space that they might found. I said that is fine. I left the car.

He called me to come to get the car at the time when it is closed. When I get the car, I found engine light on and When I make a turn, I heard an additional rubbing sound between the brake and another iron part. I called him and told him that the car is worst. He told me to bring back the car. When I brought the car, he told me that he is not working for free. I need to pay him to check the car then he will charge me for repair. I want to add also that after they put up the rotor they did not even check to see if there is any problem by driving it themselves I believe because as took the car, I was able to hear that loud sound. While I was talking to him explainning what he did wrong. He ignored me, and went to speak to one of his friends. I think He is very disrespecful to treat me so bad as a customer.

I need my money back for not having done the job the right way and ask me to buy additional parts which did not solve the problem.

I write you this note so that you can help with matter. Because I am not able to solve it myself. I thank you so much for your assistance.
