Ebay auto sales fraud ripoff

I purchased a '91 Chrysler LeBaron from troyf978 for $801. At first he wanted me to wire him the money but when he refused, I sent paypal postal money order. After I called a few times he sent a ripped title. The DMV would not accept it so he told me to send it back and he would get me a new one. He never did. He stole my money and then left me negative feedback.

Stay away from this guy. Note that his so called positive feedback is from buying cheap stuff on ebay not from selling cars. Most of his car sales have resulted in negative feedback (or in feeback removed from people who agreed to remove the negative feedback to avoid negative feedback from him).
