I called All Pro for an estimate and was quoted a great price. Later when my vehicle was towed in the next day they called with a different price. I said I had been quoted different, they called back with yet another different price. I told them I had to think about it. They called back and said now it was something else that was wrong with my vehicle and they would call back to see how much it was. Then they called back again and said never mind that's not it. I went to All Pro to pick up my car I did NOT want them working on it with so much inconsistency. While there they tried to resolve the issue and lowered the quote a little I was with my back to the wall. My car wouldn't start I was working with a limited amount of money and if I took my car I would have to pay for their towing and a new repair shops quote. So I went ahead and agreed to have them fix it because they have a 12mth/12k warranty. When I picked my car up the next day it was already running. I turned it off and restarted it everything was fine. That night it wouldn't start again the same problem with the ignition cylinder. I took it to them first thing in the morning and I told them it's still doing the same thing plus they disconnected my dash lights. Guess what! When I picked my car up on the order slip it said nothing about it not starting but that they fixed the dash lights! Incredible! They said nothings wrong with your car. I asked for proof that they did something a receipt for the parts purchase or the old part. They pulled an old part from the trash can and said here's your old part. I said what about a receipt? The man walked away saying. I don't know in a frustrated manner. I left and sure enough my car would not start through out the day. I had another mechanic look at it and he told me that the ignition cylinder does not look to have been replaced and on top of that the part they gave me does not belong to my vehicle. I want everyone to please stay away from All Pro because they are ALL Amatuers!
