Told me I was approved for the loan, then lied about it Texas

I applied for a loan at roadloan.com online on Monday October 9. I talked to several people in the 3 days that I was getting everything faxed that I needed to do. I first talked to Beth and everytime I called and left a message she always returned my calls. I can't complain about that, however, she is the main one that told me I had the loan already approved waiting for job verifications. So of course I am very excited being that this is my first car I have ever bought.

The last time I talked to her she said all I had to do is wait for them to verify my jobs and that I would be able to fill the check out. Well that day came (Wednesday October 11) and two different men called me earlier that day asking me questions that was suppose to be already done with.
The last one Bill (I believe his name was) told me that I has to re-fax something different other than my insurance envelope stating that I lived there, so I did.

Between 430 and 530 a woman from the funding department called me and kept making excuses up for why she couldn't give me the loan after I was already told I had it. Dana told me that I didn't make enough money even though I did. When I filled the application out it stated $1200.00 and I definately made that, after a few excuses she and Pam told me that it was $2,000.00 that I had to make each month to be able to do this. I was very excited to get this car and I can't believe that they would tell me the day that I was suppose to be able to buy the car that I couldn't have it.

To make a long story short they told me I had the loan, then Pam told me that I was only approved for the application, not the loan. After having my hopes up about buying my first car and then having them blow out of the water because evidentually they screwed up somewhere that really makes me mad.

Anyone that tries to go through them ought to change their minds, because after reading some of the stories and going through what I did I would not say anything good about this whole damn company. I don't know how they screwed up yet or why they did, but believe I will not rest until I find out.

I have never been a quitter and I am not going to start now. I don't understand why they have to lie. If they don't know their job they don't need to be there. I even asked to have a copy of my application sent to me because Pam had stated that I put another 1200.00 a month income on it, which I didn't. But if I had with the two jobs I have, that would have been plenty of income to be able to get this loan.

They lied to me after having mine, my children and my husband's hopes up having a vehicle that is not junk like the one we have. So they will be hearing from me sometime.
