Inspection rip off then broke my car cause I wouldn't pay

Went for inspection of my car. They came out told me the struts are bad. I said what there good went in the shop jumped on the front bumper and showed them they working fine. Sal dioguardie said get out of my shop. Thoes struts are bad they should bounce and they dont bounce. Told him to fail the trucking thing and get it out of his shop. That night I needed my head lights guess what? There pointed two feet in front of the car. Now I know they weren't bad when I went in so why are they pointed straight down now. Sal don't like being called a liar or something. But the changing of things on my car is something that could of cost me my life that night.
