Unauthorized repair, shoddy work, sabotage

Replaced water pump without authorization when car was brought in for unrelated repair, cost an extra $130 - I could have done it myself easily if it was needed..

Broke oxygen sensor harness in process of repairing oil leak, they diagnosed it with the computer but did not actually look at the part to see the freshly broken wires. Oil leak returned within 2 months of repair, and now the water pump they installed is leaking too - I don't think it had a problem to start with but it does now.

2 months after service exhaust system fell apart, the two bolts mounting it to the engine were missing. We very strongly suspect these were removed by London's in hopes of return work.

They do shoddy and unethical work, don't ever take your car there.
