Oad Loans ripoff / no welcome packet (1) one month behind your screwed

No welcome packet and then they call you to let you know your behind and the intrest is daily and it's your falt. Can some one help! Now they say im 34 day's late after giving (2) two cks over the phone and the (8) dollars fee waved and the bank cleared, plus the two 8 dollar fee and the rude person who called.

Is anything we can do!!! Do they even take notes on what there telling us or what we are telling them.
I have the names of the people who i talked to. What do they think we dont rember what they say. The last person i talk to when i told them the cks cleared, she the banks were wrong and then is i will have the bank find out who took the car paymets
she got really mad and rude with me and then said i would have a lawer contact them if they did get the payments and she hung up the phone
