EastBay BMW Ripoff Took My Car On a Joy-Ride, While I Watched!

I just had the beast serviced at East Bay BMW in Pleasanton. When I went to go pick up the beast, I caught a tech and a salesman JOY-RIDING THE CAR! They past right by me, all windows down, looking all cool, and went ripping out of the driveway. I couldn't believe it. I told the customer next to me, "that was my car"... He looked at me shocked and said, "You better go get someone. I saw what happened!"

I went inside and ask the cashier to please get me a manager. Nothing, asked her again, paged the managers again. Nothing. Now I'm crazy mad...!!! I ask the sales floor operator to please page me a manager. She does. Twice. Still nothing. Tells me, "I think they are all at lunch"."Ya in my car.." I say.

I them see one of the low-life service reps run to the cashier and tell her, "just tell him the tech had to test the car out". I yelled at him that, "I heard what you just said. That's crap. I'm sitting here waiting for my car and two of your employees drive past me with it, rip out of the driveway, and when they do return, only one guy is in there. Sounds like your joy-riding -or - using my car as a shuttle."

I had only brought the car in to have to the pixel-panel on the dash board replaced... And THEY called ME and told me that the car was done and ready. If I had been 10 mins later, I would have never saw that. But the point is, how am I suppose to trust them? I'm out there sitting waiting for over 5 mins and they past right by me, and leave the dealership!!! (btw 6 miles put on the car)

Do not give east bay bmw in pleasanton, ca any of your business!

They suck. Oh and by the way... A manager never did show up. I ripped the rep a new one and ended up leaving.
Many other alternatives to East Bay... Use someone else!
