ABC Action Buys Car - Action Buys Cars ABC ripoff

I purchased a 1999 Daewoo car from this company in 2005 and within a few weeks, I had problem with the car starting and the engine leaking oil. The engine finally started knocking and I parked the car when told of the cost for repair.

Other problems discovered by a mechanic included numerous "dry rotted or worned" hoses, including the power steering, and the car engine has the wrong engine in it (a cheap replacement engine) which explained why my air conditioning and heating systems were not even connected to work.

Tried to return the vehicle on two occasions to and they refused to accept it..."Stating to me" that the car was sold as "AS IS". After refusal to pay for this "Lemon" they finally repossessed it.

A month ago, I was served paper from this company stating that they were suing me for two thousands dollars damage to vehicle. Would love to hear from any or all customers ASAP that have dealt with this professional "ripoff" company in Montgomery, Alabama.
