I'm a "Platinum For A Lifetime" American AAdvantage participant. Sadly, I'm currently handicapped from the back damage I endured 4 years back. I've visited 4 occasions previously 4 weeks, and 3 of these occasions chose to have a diverse flight for that following factors.

1.in most 4 instances, I had been not able to utilize my kilometers to update from mentor to either business-class or first;

2. After I named ahead of time to obtain a bulkhead fit in mentor, I had been informed that it had been "kept for airport check in, " but they would "place an email in my own report" so the broker in the airport would not give it away. Prior to the trip was planned to abandon I acquired towards the airport over one hour, and undoubtedly, it had been distributed. I had been informed from the entrance agent that there is "no such factor" like a hang on a bulkhead, which it had been first-come, first-served

American doesn't have regard because of its clients, including its long-time, faithful people. I've currently changed to Aircraft Blue, that I am ready to arrange the bulkhead fit ahead of time after I create my reservation and given that they have set my impairment into my lasting document
