Im repairing my credit and went on to a sight to get a new car it was i believe lending tree. Well vandergriff honda in arlington told me i was approved i told him i went thru another bad experiance with vandergriff toyota.

In june, i told them i had a car i wanted to trade in but it was in my moms name. Then i had dustin call me from there telling me they passed a new law where you couldnt do trade from someone else he said it was passed in june. I did some checking around and found out it was a lie there was no such law. So i called them back and confronted them and they called me back and told me they would do the deal.

While i got there and didnt get to go find a car i wanted. The salesman said we have a car that would fit in your budget, i was expecting something from like 2005 year range but he pulls up a 2006 grand prix. I asked several times the price and the never told me and it also wasnt listed on the car. So i go ahead and get the 2006 grand prix. After getting it home and checking i found out i was about $5k in the hole with the car.

I called them and told them i wanted to bring the car back or renegotiate my terms and they told me to bring it back and hung up on me. Then the same guy that called me before and lied about the new law called me and told me to bring it back the deal was too much of a hassle and they lost too much money in my deal. And then he hung up on me. I want the car. I told them i wasnt going to bring it back and they said now there is no deal and i have to bring it back.

I believe there is some shady stuff going on. While we were there yesterday another man came in there about some stuff that he was lied to about and i thought the police would show up because it was so heated.

I have a complete signed contract everything is finalized
also when i went to get my insurance the vin wouldnt pull up they said the x in the vin should be a "k" instead and my car was a gt but its not a gt
