Dishonest ripoff transmissins shop

At the end of july My transmission on my car started to act up and I was not abel to back my car up anymore. I took my car to Aamco and they said it would cost $1900 just to fix it. Wow I paid about that much for my car and wasn't sure if I wanted to spend that much. So My boyfriend's family and I started looking for other places to take it and We came to a CJ's Transmissions. I talked to the guy there Kevin Jones and he said he would do it for $1100. It was still alot but better then $1900 so I put my car in the shop.

On the 8th of next month they fixed the car and I paid $500 cash and $600 check because they said their credit card machine wasn't working. Two days later the tramission starts messing up again and then it stopped on the freeway so I took it back and they said they would fix it at no extra cost.

Two weeks went by and no word on my car I called over and over and Kevin's bother Ronald Jones and their machanic Hilario Perez that was fixing the car said they needed just one more part and it would be ok. Two more weeks went by and eveytime I went to the shop it was closed and nobody would answer and phone. The next two days after that my car was placed in the parking lot and all the parts were in the trunk and the car wouldn't work.

Now the guy are no where to be found the shop was under thier fathers name Charlie L. Jones that passed away and the Check was alredy cashed by Hilario the day they fixed it the first time. It has been a little over a month and now I am out of a car and out of $1100 dollars. I don't konw what to do how can I get my money back if I have no clue where to find them please help.
