Vehicle damage transporting vehicle fraud withholding payment insurance

Severely damaged vehicle when moving / transporting car from WA state to TX - refuses to pay for damages & will not forward check from their insurance company to pay that portion either. They have a high deductible - $1,000 and the insurance was paying over $1,000 and told the company Gabriel Car Transport to pay the deductible portion - insurace sent their check to them, to forward along with theirs - they KEPT the check from their insurance and sent me nothing.

My car has well over $2k in damage - they said "wind damage - so not our fault"... Wind does not run over the back of a car or break the rear bumper and lights off the car... They were in the bac k of the car TAPING it together to keep us from noticing upon arrival but we caught them and it was so obvious we would not have missed it... Several internet companies hire these guys to transport cars for them by subcontracting them - DON't allow them to use this company for you.
