Ugly Duckling ripoff verbally abused and threaten, don't know what they are doing ripoff con artist with the lack of intelligence

Me and my husband purchased a car 2 years ago. When the engine had to be replaced again!!! We called the store in college park to complain. Once again we had gotten swindled into trading that car in for a car we didn't even what.

Well, we went home very disatisfied. Two weeks later our trade-in was still parked in front of our home I called to see if the even realized that it was there! They didn't! They finally got the car and we started to get phone call about how delequent our payments are!!!

Once again I tried to explain that You have the car. That we had traded it in about a month ago. 2 months of phone games I have still not got through to any one who knows what they are doing. Just yesterday (sunday) We got a call saying our payment was a day late. Well, I tried to tell them I paid it and I have a receipt to prove it. At that point I was harrased, THREATEND, and called names.

I was told to get down there or else! And "Don't make me do something that I don't want to do!" Today I have filed several complaints against them, including a complaint with the POLICE for threatening phone calls. Please don't let these people ruin your life and treat you badly. Stand up to them and go through all the proper channels.
