I went to RPM in April when I began having troubles with my car that I owned free and clear! I looked around the lot drove several of the cars and thought I made a good choice to purchase a 2000 Grand Am GT. When I bought the car Jeff the owners son told me that if anything needed fixed he would take care of it not to worry and he had me sign a paper stating everything I saw wrong with it that day!

That is when the troubles began not even having the car a week I realized I had a link in my manifold and that the transmission was going out on the car so I came back and talked with Jeff. He told me to take my car around back and have Swift motors look at it now swift motors is not an RPM company but their shop is on RPM land so they pretty much have to do what RPM tells them to do! They informed me it was not the transmission but it was a motor mount?

Well after the MANY MANY repairs they made on the car it was still running like crap. So I went to Jeff and I told him how he expected me to make a $390 a month car payment on a car that does not even run right and that has broken down on me more then once I tried to talk to him about just switching me to another car and he was not hearing it. He not only treated me awful but he made lude sexual comments to me at any given time he felt the need to do so!

FINALLY I told him I was not going to make my payments and that I would bring him the car back the next day. Well needless to say he came and got the car right then and there and refused to give me any of my stuff out of the car. I called the Flint store and the finance department and they were of no help!!! RPM is a RIP OFF and they harrass the woman that go there to purchase cars. I not only lost my money but I was degraded and treated like a piece of meat.

This company needs to be stopped!
