Ripoff won't provide vehicle while car is defective

I have consulted with mazda customer service reps. On numerous incidents about not having a a/c vehicle while mine is to be fixed. They do not have the part yet it has beeen over 2 weeks since it was broken.

Mazda's contact will not provide with a contact other than them and they will not provide me with a vehicle until mine is fixed. It is a 2005 mazda rx 8. I bought it new in dec. 2005. I bought it with a/c it has been in the 90 degrees temp outside and they will not help. What kind of consumer service is this. I have had nemerous new cars and NEVER had a company not care.
