Ripoff bogus state safety inspection

Took my 2004 ford f-150 for inspection on 08-16. My truck failed because there was a chunk missing out of passenger wiper blade. Was asked if I wanted them replaced. I told the inspecter no and lets go look at them. There was a itty bitty piece missing and I said you got to be kidding. I went inside to argue some more when I noticed a Mo state trooper collecting inspection receipts and asked if he would come look at it. He said yes.
