Ripoff AMMS charged my account, never sent my order, phone disconnected, emails returned, website pages no longer linked

I ordered a part for my SUV with a credit card. They sent me a confirmation email. I was told that there was a computer glitch and that it would be sent out in a few days. I never received the part. When I called, the voice mail box was full, then the number was no longer in service. I sent emails that were not responded to and never heard anything back. The website is still there but no pages on the site can be found. It's been 10 weeks since I placed my order. I also found out thru the BBB that they had filed for bankruptcy and that since I had used my Visa to pay for it I will hopefully get the money back from them. These people should be hung and then quartered.
