Total Incompetence, Possible Fraud

I ordered a photojournal. When I received it there were 20 blank pages. When I went to the website those pages had been deleted from my project. I have had a lot of computer, website and photo training and experience, so I know how to preview before submitting an order.

They do not respond to e-mails and have disconnected the telephone numbers listed on the website. I found an alternate telephone number from my bank but do not have it with me. They were extremely rude and hung up twice.

They finally said that if I return the book they will refund my money but of course not the cost of me sending it back. We'll see since I will return it with confirmation from the post office.
