Ripoff liars false false advertisement terrible unprofessional

I went on or about june 19 i was wanting to purchase a new car which 06' honda civic, the F&I guy asked me for $1,800.00 and i said sure, they got me all worked up thinking i was going to get this car, then I like any purchase acquired insurance binder and i was off. 3 days later they called that i had signed wrong documents the payment offered was no longer for 48 months it was now for 72 months, in shock i said look this is not what we talked about keep your car.

I returned the car, they called me again that if i didn't pick up the car that it was going to be considered a Reposession, by the Sames Honda Sales manager, Ruben Laurel, I was like what? He said yeah, you already have the car you are going to take it or we are going to consider it a reposession. I was like wait a minute you guys promised me one thing and now you are coming up with another, so he said, you signed a contract stating that you are going to buy the car according to your payment. He said, if you like we can take it as a trade in and well we would have to consider it used and well give us an extra 4k and we are more than happy to get you into another car.

I have heard from several insurance firms that this is the only dealership that does calls like this, they always promise something and they have to be issuing insurance binder, then cancelling them because of this problems. They have yet to give me back my money, I contacted american honda finance and they said that don't have a loan for me so that i need to call the dealership and that they would appreciate it if i don't call them again, that they don't want part of these problems. So to you all new buyers beware of this predatory dealership as they will only find a way to get your money. Please do research before you buy.
