RIPOFF - DON'T USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES Parsippany New Jersey

Contracted to ship my car from Connecticut to California. I was told many times by salesman George Mazzarell that I would get my deposit back if I were to cancel prior to getting a definate time and date when the car would be shipped. The following day George stated he was unsure of a specific date. At that time I asked if I would be able to get my deposit back since I wanted to cancel. When I examined my credit card the charge was still there. I called up and spoke to Neal (I believe he was the accounting manager) he stated it does not matter what his salesman say since it was their policy not to give deposits back. I totally relied on the salesman's integrity.
