Did not deliver my car and kept my deposit ripoff

AAA Automovers was hired to ship a car from MA to PA. They did not call before dispatching a truck to pick up the car in MA. Since nobody was home at the pickup location, they headed home and considered the job completed. I asked for a refund of my $175 deposit and they refused.
