Fremont Ford
Dishonest fraudulent dealership, WATCH OUT! Switched/changed the paperwork raised our interest

My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership. Upon signing the contract I told the finance dept. That I had to have my payment on the 14th of each month.

When I recieved my first car note I noticed that the payment date was the 3rd. I went to my contract to look at what it said the first payment date was. It said right there that the first payment was on the 14th per my request.

I called the customer service line for Ford Credit. The pulled my file and said that the contract says my payment was due on the 3rd. I told them that's not what my contract shows. After faxing over my contract to them I recieved a call back from Ford Credit.

They had informed me that they had a completely different contract. Not only was the payment date different but mine and my husbands signatures were switched AND they had the APR rate that was on Ford Credits contract was 11.9% instead of the 6.9% that we had agreed and signed for.

We are still working this out with the dealer and it has become nothing but a nightmare. I would recommend a Ford to anyone, but not from Fremont Ford, be prepared if you are going to do business with them, be VERY prepared.
