Rips Off Lady in 80s

My mother, who is in her 80s, had been having her car repaired at Sterling. Although she had many charges given the milage on the car, there was no reason to assume a problem existed. Eventually, after a visit to Sterling, the heater was no longer blowing air out. They treated her like an idiot saying she just did not know how to work it. Eventually they said the heater needed replacing. After repairs were made it continued to not work exactly as it had before and she was treated as before. Evenutally, she and I went to a dealer who made repairs for nothing. A hose had been disconnected and replacing the heater was unnecessary. She wrote two letters to Sterling which were ignored. Finally, she took the matter to small claims court where a judgement for $445.71 was entered against Sterling. She had to go to court 6 times while played dumb and stalled. We have not received any payment but feel that it was worth it to alert people in an undeniable way.
