AK Calling 20 to 30 times a day & on Sundays, My Sabbath, nasty workers

My husband & I are in our 70's, we were sold a 2001 Chevy/Implala, in 2003 @ $18,000. Payments were $527., the payments of a Brand New Auto.

When I became ill & had to retire from teaching, this was explained, but ignored. They call 20 -30 times a day fro, 8: AM to 9: PM & on Sundays when we are on our way to church, or just gotten from church.

I have calculated the amount of times they called just on Sunday & it has been 7 times between 8: AM & 1: PM when we return & then at least 10 times after we return.

After I wrote to the Attorney General in Michigan (where we were living when we bought the car), They lowered the payment to $394.

But after 3 years of paying on the car, we still owe $12,000.

At present we are 3 month behind, but had made arrangements to send a payment every 2 weeks to catch up (I am a MInister, as well as a Minister of music of my church).

I began sending the payment 2 weeks aga & they are still calling here 20 -30 times a day. Like another consumer said, "THANK GOD FOR CALLER ID.

Just today, I answered a call & for the 8th time explained to the person, the car is NOT RUNNING, COME GET IT, I have asked them to come & get the car for the last 3 weeks. ASt 73, I'm not worried about credit, I just want them to leave us alone or give us time to catch up.

Sending them a payment every 2 weeks would have caught us up by the end of August. We only owe for June & July
