Ripoff deceptive company false promises

On 5/15/02 I rented a car from the Massillon, Ohio Wales Rd. Branch of the Enterprise Car Rental. I rented the car to go to Toledo, Ohio to take care of some business. I specically asked them if I could drop of the car in Toledo without any additional charges, and they assured me that it would be okay.

When I dropped the car off however, I was astounded to be informed that there was a $200.00 drop off fee. Had I known that there would be a drop off fee of this magnitude, I would have made other arrangements. There is no way that I would have agreed to such a rediculous thing.

It is very clear that they engaged in intentionally misleading and dishonest business practices. I would be happy to pay the approximately $53.00 on the confirmation, but I would like to have the $200.00 drop off fee removed from my credit card.

I have delt with these people several times before, and I did not feel that they would take advantage of me to this extent.
