Sold me a bad scooter, said they will replace it by a certain date and now they refuse to replace it or refund ripoff

I purchased in febuary 2006 a scooter from tecboys on ebay.com. They masked themselves as a different company that they had no affiliations with. I did not want to do business with tecboys because i spoke to them and they semmed ignorant. I went to e bay and thought to have found another company to buy from. They were 3 weeks late with my delivery and the item was not the same item i ordered. Also it did not come with the storage trunk. The engine i later found out was filled with peanut oil and they never told me that. My motor blew out. They told me it was ok for highways use and that was a lie. Well they offered to send me a new motor on my warranty. It took them more than a month to send it out when they promised one week delivery. They sent it it was the wrong one. They wanted to charge me and made me pay $175 extra. Then i sent it back and waited yet more than a month again. Again they sent the wrong one. This time they said they will swap it out with a new one and promised delivery within 4 days and i just got an e mail today saying it wont be for another 60 days and they just want to send me a new motor, but i cannot trust them they sent the wrong motor twice. It took so much time. I lost 2 jobs in the course of this and very much money in repairs that never fixed the bike due to having the wrong motor. I want my money back now and they said after all this headache they will not refund it. I have no transportation to get to work. Im tired of these people. Also i get responses saying that i am not the only person going through this.
