Affordable air we had a fan motor on our aircondition unit replace in the repair man put motor in wrong causing the bearings to burn out in new motor and they were supose to replace the motor tues today is wed no ph

We had a fan motor put in our air conditioner unit 8/25/201. It ran ok till about a week after repaired then statrted making a loud noise. Called company took 2 calls to get someone to come out. Guy came out on sat. Night and was told he would get someone out to look at it sun. Well noone showed up finally i called again because it was really getting louder. Finally they came out mon 9/19 and told me the guy that put in the motor put it in wrong causing the bearings to burn up in the new motor the guy told us he was going to have to get a new motor.

Well it is now wed. 9/21 and still none has called or come out my husband called yesterday and was told someone was on thier way but noone showed we paid 347.00 for this motor and it has a 1 year warranty. We are on a fixed income as my husband is retired and i'm laid off we have called with no results
