Ripoff took 1000 dollars to fix my motor for 4 months, did nothing but disassemble my brakes

Agreed to replace my motor with 1000 down, told him i would need time to get rest of money, agreed no storage. Payment due when car was finished, gave the go ahead on april 1st and as of 6/20, has only taken apart my brakes, cause he couldnt figure out park brake. Tried to talk storage fees (already agreed to no storage) after I demanded car back. My vette has been rotting in a junk yard ever since.
This man is a smooth talker and is no more than a junkyad dog con artist!!!
