Ripoff, incompetent, dishonest

I received a total brake job from Just Brakes totalling $1045.00. The service came with a 50,000 mile warranty (pro-rated). 10,000 miles after the service the rear brake pads wore out.

The "specialist" didn't understand why. They replaced the rear pads. 10,000 miles later the same thing happened.

I was then told by the sales manager and a "corporate" guy that my master cylinder needed replacing. They would do this at a "discounted" price.

After talking to a competitor, a Ford Motor Co. Service rep., and an auto parts store, they all said it was not my master cylinder, but probably a sticking caliper. Upon telling the store manager this, he agreed to replacethem one more time, free of charge, but would make my original warranty null and void. He also wanted to replace a Rabbs valve. It also did not need replacing.
