Ripoff auto body shop has had car for 17 weeks

The vchical was taken in for auto body repair 17 weeks ago every time checked on response call next week. Than they told us they were closing the auto body in Coconut Creek because they were opening a state of the art shop at Sawgrass Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Next time we called they had lost parts flat bedding to Sawgrss that was 8 weeks ago over 2 weeks ago they said it had been in parking lot some how the door had gotten scratch so they had to redo it. This had been my daughter's car I had to lend her mine which she has but over 6000 miles. Please inform me of my rights I feel I have been more than patient.
