Oregon Unethical and Dishonest Car saleman Justin Ripoff Canfiled

My husabnd recieved a letter to that they were having a large sale in addition to receiving a 25,000 certificate to purchase a new car.

My husband and I have a 2002 Ford Ranger which still had a balance of 8200 dollars. The sales person was Justin Canfield who told my husband to bring the car into the dealership.

Justin also told my husband that he would give my husband a good trade in price or if he wanted he had somene in the ofice that would buy the truck as is for the remainder of the loan.

My husband got the the dealrship and there was no one was there to purcase the truck. The dealership was no longer interested in the truck.

The truck was prchased in my name because of my husbands credit rating during the time we purchased the truck. My husbands credit rating has improved.

The salesperson advised my husband that since the truck was not in his name that he should forget about the truck and let his wife deal with it and purchase this 2006 so that your credit rating could improve.

My husband called me and I ask the salesperson (Justin) what was he planning on doing with the truck and what would be the trade in value of the truck.

Justin stated that he was not going to trade in the truck and that he wanted my huband to purchase a 2006 because that was the only year the bank would approve.

I asked Justin what are we suppose to do with the truck which "we" being my husband and myself, we still owe 8200 dollars on the loan. Justin states I dont know. I have never be so insulted.

My husband and I are a couple what ever he does affects us both equally where so these sales people get their moral training from? Apparently out of a craker Jack box, because if they think they are foolin anyone they should look in the mirror.

Consumers have educated themselves to buying cars and dealing with car salesmen like Justin.
