Ripoff Bogus Charges

I went to this business and talked with a mechanic on checking out my car. Well he checked it out and when I returned a new guy was behind the counter and wanted to charge me 79.95 for the check and the previous guy said it was for free. Well I tried to explain this to the new guy and he went irrate. Needless to say he diagnosed the car with the wrong problem anyway. But, he snatched my keys and told me I could only pay with cash if I wanted my car back because he knew I would dispute the charge. Then we got into a shouting match and he started with the racial "You People" statements. I finally got my keys from him and have told everyone what a rip off this guy is... He is supposed to be the manager of this shop. Poor customer service if you ask me!
