Rips Off Customer and Sells Cars With Major Problems ripoff

I bought my 2005 Cheverlot Malibu in February. The car has been a living nightmare everysince. To date my car has been in the shop for repairs approximately 10 times. The first repair was needed in May when I was traveling back from Ocean City, Maryland and I was at a stop light and decided to turn on the air conditioner. The car completely shut off! I was terrified and stuck in traffic! The next incident that happened was the engine light that would play peek-a-boo every other day.

When I took the car for repairs a sensor had to be replaced, and they found some recall notice as well. My most recent and ongoing battle with my car is the steering suspension system. This problem started in June of just 4 months after purchasing the vehicle. To date my car has had several different parts replaced in the steering system to "correct" the infamous "clunking, rattle noises" that I hear ever single day! I have had other local cheverlot dealers look at my car and try to repair it and they have only used tactics to try and "mask" the problem.

After researching online about my car, I found that there are several malibu owners experiencing these same problems. Ourisman Cheverlot has made there sale so they could care less that my 6 year old daughter and I must travel around in an unsafe vehicle. Recently, I contacted a lemon law attorney and have been trying to work with them to help me find some type of resolution with this car.

After the firm personally came out and tested my cars performance etc. They deemed my car unsafe to drive with several major driving issues. Cheverlot has been basically non-responsive the entire time. There customer service hotline number and local dealerships are completely horrible and unprofessional to say the least. The young lady that has filed a report against Ourisman Cheverlot, Marlow Heights complaint letter inspired me to tell my story too. I often wonder how sales person and dealerships can breathe knowing that they have sold a car to a family that may jepordize their safety..?
