I bought a minivan in May. This van is about five years old. The toyota sienna i bought was sold so quickly, but when i took it back for repairs they were very nasty and unhelpful.

At first there was a sound coming from one of the belts. I took it back and they said it was tighten. Then i took it back because the sound got even worse. Then the motor was shaking. They changed the belt and expected me to pay for it when i came in not even a month after i bought it.

Then the air conditioner was not working. I took it back and they said i had to leave it. They treated me like a unwelcomed customer. They would not repair or even check the air conditioner because it was past four oclock in the afternoon, when they close at nine oclock at night. It was too late for them to work.

I took a day off from work and took it back they fixed the problem it had with the seal of the cooling system.
Then i took it back because the motor was really rocking and i sounded like i was driving a motorcycle. Took it back on my last vacation in Feb of this year and i was left without a car for about two weeks. After the car began to make a really bad sound. I am on vacation again without a car in april due to the engine light was showing up again. When you call them they can never tell you what is wrong, just that you have to wait. This has been nightmare. I bought a car and make a high payment everymonth to be without a car. Does that make sense. Nine months later a car who has only 75000miles and five years of use can be so tormental to repair. I would never buy a car there again in my whole life. They can sell their soul, but cannot repair your car when needed. Once you buy they, don't like you anymore. It is all about the money and the problems.
