Salesman lied to the BANK! Ripoff!

My wife and I called about getting a used car from here because we knew some people that have had. We spoke to a Charles Clark that was the 2nd Tier financing guy I guess you could say. He guaranteed us before we got there we'd be driving a new car home that day. That was great, we were excited and went. Well, we got a car, refinanced it and still paying WAY too much for it. When refinancing I was digging through my papers from the dealer. I had a paper in there that was titled "What the Banks Will Ask" and the answers we were to give them. Oh my god were the numbers WAY wrong! Our rent was $525 LESS than what we were REALLY paying.income numbers were fudged. It's ridiculous! Now I see why we got the car and are struggling so bad to make it now. The funny thing is that I called a couple months after we bought the car and Charles no longer works there. For some reason I think he retired on what he sold the car to us for. So now here I am trying to research ways to get out of this car and start with alot more knowledge and know-how.
