Ripoff lousy service and over charging for substandard work

My car broke down on the highway because Darcars Mitsubishi Service didn't do their job properly. I had my car inspected and spent a lot of money to get it repaired because of their recommendations. Despite all this, my car still broke down.

When I had my car towed to a mechanic at a gas station, he revealed that simple maintenence could have prevented my transmission breaking down. Guess what? I just had it looked at by Darcars Mitsubishi just two months ago!

I had my timing belt replaced and had them check all my fluid levels. This isn't the first time I had problems with them. Last year, my distributor cap had to be replaced. I wondered if the expensive repair could have been prevented if those guys inspected my spark plugs correctly. I gave them the benefit of doubt since I figured the problem might have been unavoidable. But in this case, it is unforgivable to put their customers at risk by neglecting the basic things that keeps a car running. I can't believe they had the nerve to charge me for work that wasn't done correctly.

I've seen posting by others telling their horror stories about Darcars Mitsubishi. They've since relocated to College Park from Silver Spring. Maybe they did this to shake off their bad reputation. I highly discourage everyone from throwing away your money at these scam artists claiming to be service providers.
