Misrepresents and false advertisement ripoff

The ad on the ebay represented the 1996 Kenworth —to run great, Rebuild 750K, last owner can confirm. Take this get to work! $249.00 Doc fee, ask and that will be removed. The salesman Pat on the phone said the truck was DOT ready to go.

I traveled from Nebraska to Illinois to pick the truck up. The truck was and is in terrible shape. It will not pass DOT inspection. They did not have any papers to confirm the rebuild engine. I asked to have they Doc fee removed and he said NO.

The salesman Pat misrepresented the truck and demanded the money to be wired, he would not wait for a cashiers check. Because the ad required it I did wire the money. I would have never purchased the truck after I seen it. The arrangements for picking up the truck, that I would call Pat when I arrived at the business. Pat never showed his partner Jonathon did. All he could say was "I don't know what Pat told you".

After telling Jomathon I would have never purchased the truck if I had seen it first. His remark was "sell it on the internet to someone else".
